User Agreement

  1. General provisions

    1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the administration of the website https://proemigra.com/ and any individual using the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
    2. The Website operates in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Romania.
    3. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and fully accept its terms.
    4. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must discontinue use of the Website.

    2. On the Website, the User may complete a contact form by providing their name, email address, and telephone number.
    3. Upon receipt of an inquiry, the Website Administration or an authorized lawyer contacts the User using the provided contact details to conduct an initial consultation.
    4. During further interaction, the parties may enter into a separate Legal Services Agreement containing the terms, fees, and procedure for the provision of services.
    5. The Website does not provide user registration, personal account creation, comment publication, file sharing, online payments, or payment processing services.

  3. Rights and obligations of the parties

    1. The User has the right to:
      • receive information about the services provided;
      • submit an inquiry and receive feedback;
      • withdraw an inquiry or decline further cooperation.
    2. The User undertakes to:
      • provide accurate contact information;
      • not use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
    3. The Website Administration undertakes to:
      • use the User’s data solely for communication and consultation purposes;
      • ensure the security of data in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy;
      • not disclose data to third parties without lawful grounds.

  4. Limitation of liability

    2. The initial consultation provided by telephone or through other means of communication is preliminary in nature and does not create legal obligations until a written agreement has been concluded.

  5. Intellectual property
