Romanian Passport —
Your Legal Gateway to the EU

You and your family can become full EU citizens — gaining the right to live, work, study, and do business in 27 developed European countries. To start making your dream of a comfortable life come true, we recommend checking if you qualify for simplified citizenship acquisition. To do so, please fill out the questionnaire which our lawyers will review for free.

The genealogy data form is the first step toward obtaining your European citizenship. With the information you provide, we will investigate archival records and confirm your eligibility for citizenship. Having proof of your ancestors' territorial affiliation with Romania means you won’t have to take complex exams, make investments in the Romanian economy, or live in Romania for an extended period before obtaining citizenship. The entire process of acquiring a second passport will take 1 year.
